She responded to emails quickly and didn't try to up sell to a higher end model (not something I am used to with internet sales). I dealt with Emily Smith and Ulises for the actual sale, which was straightforward and very fair. Emily in particular was great at making sure that everything I wanted was taken care of. I also dealt with Sherri for the accessories who was extremely knowledgeable. The entire experience was as good as car buying can get. More

At this time I didn't have such a vehicle so I was perusing the used SUV adds. I came across this gorgeous 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe at Chevrolet of Naperville in Illinois. I went to the dealership with my wife. We were checking out the used SUV's and the first thing I noticed was there were no salesmen running out to start pitching to us. I like that! I felt at ease to browse. I located the SUV in question, and it looked like a new SUV. We went inside the showroom and salesman Will Perez introduced himself and asked how he could help us. I don't like to fool around, I told him that I was interested in the 2011 Ice Blue Chevy Tahoe. It wasn't long at all before we were on the test track (Which is very cool) putting the SUV through it's paces. Bottom line, Will Perez was laid back and professional! No pressure, he answered all my questions, and questioned me to get a feel of what I wanted. Mr Perez wanted to make my experience a great one and he wanted to make sure that this would be the SUV that would fit what I needed. It wasn't all about selling me a SUV. We started talking about golfing, and we both love to golf and must have spent 20 minutes talking golf. He wasn't just trying to sell me a SUV, he was getting to know me and we were chatting like friends. I felt I made a new friend. Everyone there was professional and not pushy in the least. I also give high marks to Sherri who told me about accessory's and protection products I could buy for the inside and outside of the vehicle. Again no pressure! Sherri was just letting me know what was available and left it open for me to make a decision about if I wanted the products or not. I never buy these sort of things, but I will check it out because she made a compelling case. I bought the Tahoe, got a great deal. And to top it off, the Tahoe came with a couple of great warranty's that cover the whole SUV for over a year. I really am impressed with this dealership and the great staff working there.
