Emily walked me through all the features of the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the 2015 Chevy Cruze. While I didn't purchase the car that same day, I felt no pressure from her about my decision. I came back just two days later and was ready to purchase the car. Arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Friday My wife and I arrived at the dealership 30 minutes before it closed on a Friday and at 10:37 pm the sales manager was in the parking lot helping switc My wife and I arrived at the dealership 30 minutes before it closed on a Friday and at 10:37 pm the sales manager was in the parking lot helping switch out the plates on our lease turn in vehicle. From start to finish we were treated with respect and professionalism. Even as we worked out the small details in the sale over an hour after they closed the sales manager and sales professional were patient and at no point did we feel pressured to make a decision. After the paperwork was finished we suggested that we could come back tomorrow to pick up the vehicle and everyone went out of their way to ensure that we take delivery of the vehicle that night. “Above and beyond” does not describe the situation after the doors closed. If you are considering buying or leasing a Chevrolet this is the place to go! More

Iggy was absolutely knowledgeable about the truck I wanted. On a Friday afternoon, from the moment I walked into the store to the time we had a handshake deal took all of 45 minutes!! I knew the truck I wanted and since the truck was pretty much the same at whatever dealer I went to, I knew that after meeting and dealing with Iggy and his team that I wanted to buy from them. Honest After a poor experience at another Chevy dealer, I had given up on purchasing a new 1500 Silverado. However, Dan Gulley from Naperville Chevrolet got After a poor experience at another Chevy dealer, I had given up on purchasing a new 1500 Silverado. However, Dan Gulley from Naperville Chevrolet got in contact with me a week after the previous experience.. I explained I had bought a truck from the Joliet, IL dealer which had located a vehicle at another dealer that fit my needs. They assured me it was secured and they would have it in a few days. I paid a deposit and waited. The Joliet dealer then called me to say they were changing ownership and that this would delay delivery a few days but to rest assured the vehicle was still secured. The following day, I was called again to let me know the other dealer had sold the vehicle. Dan agreed this was poorly handled and offered to perform a search. He called me back within an hour to say he located a truck 300 miles away and would have it in a day. He was true to his word and it was on their lot the next day. Turned out is was an even better match of what I was looking for and the deal was fair. Super service by the sales rep Bill and the Delivery Coordinator Sherri Pacchiano! More
