The way a car buying experience should be! Honestly this was the simplest car buying experience! I started by searching on car guru then emailed this dealership. They had the car I was looking for and it was priced right and I was able to negotiate it down within my budget. I live about an hour from this dealership and also delt with false sale ads and Kim Koenig quoted me with taxes fees in writing BEFORE making the trip to the dealer. My price for the make and model I wanted was rated good or great (can't recall) on car guru and I made the trip out. Emily Smith was my sales person and was very informative and no pressure sales. I test drove the car and they even had a test route with different road conditions. This was the first dealer I came across that had this feature. Paperwork was clear and no funny business. I should mention I didn't finance as I paid in full. I had a car porter, Eric pick me up from the Metra to pick the car up after detail and he was such a polite and friendly young man! More

When I came in, I was thinking that I was going to buy a 2014 Chevy Cruze, but with a great rebate program she was able to get me a new 2015 Malibu at almost the same price. I also had a pre-approved check that I was going to use and she was able to get that rate beat for me which saved me about $75.00 a month on my payments. Everyone I dealt with from Emily to Sheri to Andy in Finance was friendly,knowledgeable, and professional unlike dealerships I have dealt with in the past. We went to 4 dealers looking at the same car and by far the best deal was here. David came in on his day off to work to assist us since that is the time that worked with our busy schedule the best. He always had a smile and was very helpful. He did not let us leave until all our questions were answered and that he was confident we were comfortable with all the features of the car. We were never pressured into anything we did not want or need. Wayne the general manager was also a joy to work with, extremely helpful and kind. We also went in the dealership with 4 kids ages 7-12. They were so kind to our children and made them feel welcome as well. David even put a giant bow on the car knowing it would put a huge smile on the kids faces. When we went to pick up the car my kids asked if David and Wayne would be there too! By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We also love the 2015 Traverse. More
