Amazing customer service! After being jerked around by another dealership, I found a car I wanted to look at online. I came to the dealership with my guards up expecting anothe After being jerked around by another dealership, I found a car I wanted to look at online. I came to the dealership with my guards up expecting another fight and having to drive 5 or 6 different cars to find one I liked and then go through the long process of financing and money talks. I am so happy to report that this was not the case at all! I came with a few vin numbers of cars I knew I wanted to look at and Tim looked them up in the computer and took me to look at both of them, and a few others. When I narrowed it down to 2 that I was torn between (would have been happy with either) he took us back to the office and pulled ALL the paperwork for both cars so we could compare them. This guy knows his cars! I explained to him my frustrations with the other place showing me cars they knew I couldn't afford and trying to talk me into raising my bottom line. Tim took the original offer to Premo in finance and they reworked it to fit my needs. There was no fight, there was no going back and forth, there was no used car salesman negotiations just "we'll make it work." I came to the dealership just to look and left with a car that I LOVE. Tim even stayed late after the dealership had closed to program my phone into the Bluetooth and show me what all the bells and whistles and buttons did in the car. I am confident that I won't need a new car for a long time, but when I do you bet I'm coming back to look for Tim. I will absolutely be recommending this dealership to everyone I know. I LIKE dealerships again! Thanks Dan, Ian, Sherrie and Andy! I usually avoid dealerships like the plague. I HATE high-pressure sales tactics, ridiculous mark ups, and being treated like I’m an idiot because I’m I usually avoid dealerships like the plague. I HATE high-pressure sales tactics, ridiculous mark ups, and being treated like I’m an idiot because I’m a woman. These are things I have experienced in the past at dealerships, which is why I have purchased my last two cars at carmax. We recently decided to trade in our minivan for a Chevy Traverse. My first stop was car max, because I didn’t want to have to deal with the usual b.s. I test drove and picked out a used Traverse that I liked. However, a friend encouraged us to try out Chevrolet of Naperville before making any decisions, and I’m SO glad we did. The staff was courteous and professional. We went out with Ian to test drive several different cars on their test track – great experience! You can try the car without having to worry about all the traffic. Ian was patient with us, because we wanted to drive several different suvs, and he was helpful but not high pressure. We had done our research before coming in that day, and when they went over the prices, we thought they were very fair compared to what we had seen. We actually decided to buy that day. I didn’t even have to haggle with them about our trade in, because they offered us exactly what we wanted, right off the bat. Dan G. took the time to go over all our options with us to make sure we were making an informed decision. We knew we wanted a few extras, including weather tech. Sherrie was a wonderful help with everything we needed. We finished off our day with Andy who breezed us through financing. Each and every staff person at Chevy of Naperville was courteous and professional. I really can’t think of a criticism. When it’s time for my next car, I will most likely return to Chevrolet of Naperville. More
