My car was totaled one month before I was scheduled to pay it off in full. Due to a short time frame given to me by the at-fault's insurance provider, I had one day to find a replacement. I planned to visit three dealerships that day with my researched short list, but we never made it to the third dealer after visiting Chevrolet of Naperville. Emily was very helpful in showing us the available Equinoxes and worked to find a car on the lot with all the features I wanted. My dream car was too far out of my budget but Emily was able to negotiate the price and offer dealer-installed options on a lower model to get me everything I wanted. I was very impressed with the service of both Emily and the other people we worked with throughout the day, and they were even willing to work with me and be flexible on processing the down payment as I navigated (and continue to navigate) the hassle of collecting the settlement amount from the insurance company. Without a doubt the best car-buying experience I have ever had. More

Just by walking in the door my wife any I already knew it was going to be a better experience than at Westphal Chevrolet in Oswego. After internet research on new SUV's, I was interested in the Equinox. I then wanted to locate a dealership that had overall high ratings since buying a new vehicle can be daunting at best. That's when I decided I wanted to work with her. Needless to say I found her to be very informative, helpful and patient. The staff in the showroom and service center were very friendly as well. I found my Equinox right on the showroom floor waiting for a home. Test driving it on the "test drive track" was quite an experience for me. I had purchased my Chevy from Chevy of Naperville just over a year ago. I decided to go back there because Lori in the service department has always been nice and helpful. When my husband and I got there we were greeted by a nice, down to earth lady, Emily. Funny thing is, most people walk onto the lot and think, OH NO here comes the Sales Rep! In our case, if they only knew about us (well me) they would say OH NO (sorry Emily) ha ha! My husband and I were there from 11am to 6:30 (with a small break for lunch) discussing trucks, test driving and working on a price that works for us. During all this Emily was understand, funny and helpful. She even texted us when we went to lunch and asked when we were coming back! This made us laugh! I guess she was up to the challenge! We liked that she was crazy like that! My husband has been waiting and wanting another truck for over 6 years! He is happy to now have his 2011 Chevy Silverado! I recently came in and bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado from Graham Dickins. I have bought a few cars over the years but none of the salesman were even close to being on Graham's level. Not only did he listen to me, he took the time to explain every detail on the car. I never once felt like Graham was pressuring me into and even let me think about for a few days. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was amazing. You think that after buying a car you are done? I made a huge mistake ever leaving GM and trying a Ford. Now I'm back and what a difference in both cars and in dealerships. These people are so friendly and easy to work with and they were never pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't want. I spent lots of time with several Chevy dealerships and found this one to be the best. We actually had fun buying the car and fun working with the finance gentleman.
