My wife & I set up an appointment by phone with Wendy (who was super-nice & friendly!) on 11/02/2019 to look at a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT; we did arrive a My wife & I set up an appointment by phone with Wendy (who was super-nice & friendly!) on 11/02/2019 to look at a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT; we did arrive at the dealership a little late due to traffic, so the car we came to see was already out on a test drive with another shopper. However, sales rep Bill Lutz immediately stepped in & informed us that there was another Cruze available -- same year, same trim level, even the same color! -- and had it prepped for us to test. The car was in great shape & ran beautifully (it even had fewer miles on it than the other one), and we decided we wanted to buy. Bill patiently walked us through the entire process, and made us a generous offer on our trade-in (a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser) before turning us over to Kay & Premo to finalize the warranty & financing details. The entire process was about as transparent & stress-free as we could have hoped, and we're already talking about returning here when the time comes to replace our other vehicle; big thanks to everyone involved for a great car-buying experience!
