Chase, the sales manager, was very accommodating and fair in our negotiations! The salesman, Eddie, was very kind during our test drive, and was helpful through the whole process. Carlos, the finance guy, was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. We were in and out in about two hours, and we are happy with our experience. That said, I do not agree with having people sign spot delivery agreements. Luckily, we didn't have anything to worry about due to our credit, but this practice is predatory and can really put people in a bind. More
