We're very pleased with the used truck we purchased. While, initially upset, when we found shortly after leaving the dealership on a Sunday, in the middle of a holiday weekend, that we had no air cond While, initially upset, when we found shortly after leaving the dealership on a Sunday, in the middle of a holiday weekend, that we had no air conditioner, Jose was quick to respond and to set up a schedule to have the problem corrected. Hopefully, they learned something about ensuring all systems on used vehicles perform as expected before leaving the lot, and, I ensure you, we learned that lesson on any future purchase. All in all, the staff at Chev of WW were great to deal with, and to work through our issue with, so I would definitely consider purchasing from them again. More

I would have liked a little more communication before signing. We paid about $1,000 more then we had budgeted. Because of not taking enough time to thoroughly read the paperwork we paid more. Edit: I previously left a bad review when I had two sub par visits here and eventually reached out to service manager Matt and he turned things right around. He made no excuses and just proved to me that the service department there is really great with an awesome return experience. I learned an important lesson that you need to give a business a chance to correct a problem before you leave a bad review. I’m really glad I used my words and gave them another chance instead of being a bitter Betty about a less than stellar visit. Businesses can only be as good as the feedback they directly receive. Thanks Matt and the team at WW Chevy for making things so much better for me. ❤️ More
