I had a great experience with Chev Nissan Walla Walla. I purchased my vehicle remotely, and the entire process was smooth and easy, even though I wasn’t able to see the vehicle in person before purchasing I purchased my vehicle remotely, and the entire process was smooth and easy, even though I wasn’t able to see the vehicle in person before purchasing. Jose and Carol were both extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated their communication and willingness to help. The vehicle was delivered to me in Oregon and everything went exactly as expected. I would give the sales department of Chevrolet of Walla Walla 0 stars if I could. I wanted to order a new suburban and dropped off a build sheet with the manager Misty Carol. I told them I was ready to or Walla 0 stars if I could. I wanted to order a new suburban and dropped off a build sheet with the manager Misty Carol. I told them I was ready to order and just wanted to know the price out the door. A month has passed and still no one has contacted me about the new build or price for a new build. I have called numerous times and was told each time that everyone is 'busy' and someone would call me back. No one ever did. The time to order a new 2026 suburban has passed and I will have to wait a few months to order the 2027, which is fine but I definitely will not be ordering from Chevy of Walla Walla. I finally talked to someone today when I called and they were rude and and offered no help with ordering a new 2027 suburban. We will never buy a car/truck/suv from this dealership. The worst sales department I have ever dealt with. More
