I would give the sales department of Chevrolet of Walla Walla 0 stars if I could. I wanted to order a new suburban and dropped off a build sheet with the manager Misty Carol. I told them I was ready to order and just wanted to know the price out the door. A month has passed and still no one has contacted me about the new build or price for a new build. I have called numerous times and was told each time that everyone is 'busy' and someone would call me back. No one ever did. The time to order a new 2026 suburban has passed and I will have to wait a few months to order the 2027, which is fine but I definitely will not be ordering from Chevy of Walla Walla. I finally talked to someone today when I called and they were rude and and offered no help with ordering a new 2027 suburban. We will never buy a car/truck/suv from this dealership. The worst sales department I have ever dealt with. More
