We were told that we needed new tires and took our car to another place to have the tires installed. Even though we had paid for an entire diagnostic, the dealership did not find that the TPMS sensors had fa another place to have the tires installed. Even though we had paid for an entire diagnostic, the dealership did not find that the TPMS sensors had failed on all four tires. In the notes from the Service, it said that there were no codes and no codes pending. I called back to let them know to see if our TPS sensors were covered under our bumper-to-bumper extended warranty, they were going to check and call us back. No one has reached out to us. and it has been one week since we had the full diagnostic for replacing a blower fan motor. The lady, I talked to also said that I would have to pay for another full diagnostic if I want to see if this would qualify as a claim under the warranty. We also have had our oil changed there multiple times in the last two years and have our tires rotated each time, no one has said anything about TPMS issues. The technicians at Costco caught it immediately. More

I was debating between a Mazda & a Nissan and could not believe the difference in salesmen I encountered!
