Quickest process ever. Which was wonderful cause we had to get to our Christmas shopping. We love Chris Nikel and all they have to offer, including rapid oil changes and car maintenance. He was extremely helpful and generous, able to buff out some of the scratches on the drivers side and even got us a tank of gas! Made sure to wash our car before sending us on our way. Bill was very kind and courteous seeing that we had our sleeping newborn with us. He was extremely helpful with all the information he gave me and was able to strike up a great deal for me and my growing family. He did an amazing job with getting us a deal on our warranty.
