While my original whishlist to price point was unrealistic to say the least Caitlynn gave me her undivided attention and helped me find the perfect truck in the massive selection without feeling rushed or like I had to pick the first one. The finance guy “Fish” made leaving in my vehicle worry free as he found the warranty that would extend for the life of my loan. I will absolutely tell anyone who will listen that they are making a mistake buying from anywhere other than Chris Nikel and especially from Caitlynn! More

I was greeted and Matt was extremely kind and helpful. My biggest fear was a pushy salesman which is an immediate put off and I will just take my business elseware, I in no way experienced that here. All my questions were quickly and accurately answered, and he seemed to me very honest about the quality of the car. Even during the signing and paperwork process they were quick to fix any minor issues and there was no push on any extra warranty or last minute price adjustments and they didn’t get frustrated when we declined certain things. Overall a great experience! More
