Have pictures documenting issue , what was tested is not what is wrong. They tested movement of the doors, and went off sensor temperature....the issue is the sensor temperature which has to be checked manu what is wrong. Why don't you turn your thermostat at home up 12 degrees from normal and tell me how you like it. More
