They claimed that I had oil leak, which is untrue. There was never any oil in my driveway. I went in for routine maintenance and motor mount issues. But when they took my vehicle in with the mechanics, they claimed they were unable to hear it. When I came to pick my vehicle up, I immediately turned my vehicle on, and I could hear the noise. I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership for proper inspection. More

After getting my car back from a warranty repair( timing cover leak) I found a loose ground that lead to an electric issue, in a second attempt the dealership states in writing that all is up to spec now a cover leak) I found a loose ground that lead to an electric issue, in a second attempt the dealership states in writing that all is up to spec now and today I found 2 loose bolts from the same job. Clearly they are doing a sloppy job and not being accountable. Thats why I wouldn't recommend you to take your jeep there. This was reported to jeep corporate too. More
