I scheduled a service appointment a week in advance at Willoughby CDJR for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 Wrangler. After dropping it off, I spent about an hour and a half nearby, expecting the service to be completed or nearly done. When I returned, my vehicle was still in the exact spot I left it—completely untouched. The service advisor explained they couldn’t complete the work due to staffing issues and offered to reschedule later in the week. While I understand unexpected issues can come up, I feel there was ample time during that hour and a half to contact me and let me know the appointment couldn’t be fulfilled. Instead, I returned to find out in person—wasting time I had set aside specifically for this scheduled service. This was especially frustrating because it’s the second time I’ve been turned away at this location after making an appointment. To make matters worse, there’s no published contact information for management, making it difficult to escalate concerns or receive any meaningful follow-up. Based on my experience, I would suggest that potential customers consider taking their vehicle elsewhere for service—especially if reliability, communication, and respect for your time are important to you. I cancelled an extended warranty contract with AGWS. It was confirmed cancelled on 2/11/2025. Since then, Edwin and his team have been holding the refunded amount. They have lied twice saying the check has been sent out, with the final lie stating Ally would be the one to initiate the withdrawal of the funds. I contacted Ally who had no record of any checks being sent, and confirmed there have been no instances in which Ally pulls funds from a dealership account. They have refused to provide and proof or evidence the deposit has been initiated despite asking many times over 2 months. It took me hundreds of calls over the month of January to finally reach someone besides a salesman to initiate the cancellation to begin with. You should have no trust in anyone above the salesman level. HD on the other hand, was a fantastic person to work with. At this point, they are thieves. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and Ohio Attorney Generals office, Consumer Protections division. More

Tire Condition Post-Purchase: Shortly after leaving the dealership, I noticed that all four tires on my newly acquired vehicle were significantly worn, with one tire exhibiting a deep cut—a potential safety hazard that could lead to a blowout. I promptly returned to the dealership to address this critical issue. Dealership’s Response: Upon presenting the unsafe tire condition, the dealership acknowledged the problem but offered to replace the tires at their “cost,” quoting $271 per tire. This price seemed inflated, especially when identical tires are available at reputable retailers like Walmart and Amazon for approximately $198 per tire. Despite providing evidence of these lower prices, the dealership stood firm on their quote, leading me to seek tire replacement elsewhere. Financial Implications: As a result, I am now facing an unexpected expense of around $1,000 to ensure my vehicle is safe to drive—an outcome I did not anticipate when trading in a nearly new truck with excellent tires. Conclusion: This experience has been profoundly disappointing. I trusted the dealership to provide a vehicle in safe and satisfactory condition, which is a reasonable expectation when purchasing from a licensed establishment. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to address a clear safety issue has not only caused financial strain but also eroded my confidence in this dealership’s commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback and prompts the dealership to reassess their quality control and customer service practices to prevent similar situations for future customers.
