This is regarding the service department. I have a case with Consumer Protection open right now and fully intend to file in small claims if they can't get me my money back. Took our RAM 1500 for just an oil change and tire rotation. Bryan Hernandez texts us the next day we need a new axle. We agreed for them to replace the axle, do a tire rotation and oil change. We get another text claiming they cannot get the axle off the differential and will need to replace the differential as well. They sent us a $6200 estimate. We told them to NOT do the work and we would be there to tow the vehicle to another mechanic who can give us a second opinion. I arrived June 10 to pick the truck up. I was given an invoice that had an un-authorized repair (wheel alignment). Never did we ask for a wheel alignment. However, I needed to get the truck towed as Triple A was on their way. I paid the bill and the truck was towed to another mechanic who did the work for $600, replacing our axle without having to replace the differential. It then became apparent that the wheel alignment should never had been done (according to the honest mechanic it wasn't actually done and wouldn't be possible with the axle stuck to the differential, the truck was not even drivable). Also, the tire rotation was not done as the tire with the patch was in the same place as when we dropped off the truck. We called Steve Bradt who proceeded to argue with us for about 20 minutes refusing to give us our $299 back for the un-authorized wheel alignment and tire rotation which was never done. Steve refused to reimburse us, and had the nerve to suggest we take the truck back again (wasting our time) so he can confirm what was and wasn't done. Within the next few days I filed with consumer protection and my bank. Steve Bradt sent a response to the bank with a bunch of paperwork and a letter. Out of all the crap he sent to Chase, not one thing showed we requested and agreed to a wheel alignment. He also deviated in the letter writing about nuts and bolts that didn't fit and his multi-point inspection, but that was just to distract. Chase accepted a form that DID NOT have my initials, but the claims dept assumed they were my initials. Consumer protection did the same, until I insisted the paperwork Steve Bradt gave them did not have my signature, initials or any documented verbal or written agreement for a wheel alignment. I will state here right now, as consumer protection is attempting to get my money back, if they are not successful, I will be filing in court. Steve Bradt will look like a real moron bringing that paperwork to court. They already settled a lawsuit in 2022 with a gentleman who's car they really messed up. I've been to court before and know how to plead my case. This will not go away and any person reading this from Jeep Chrysler of Paramus should prepare now for court, or give me my money back. You will not get away with ripping me off. More
I got an appointment from their web site for a repair at 1:30 pm, specifially choosing repairs. i called them in the moening to confirm. There were 3 other salesmen sitting at their desks, doing nothing. I read the reviews, and told my wife we would wait a maximum of 1/2 hour. We looked at the Ram on the showroom floor, sat in it, discussed it, and walked around the showroom. 1/2 hour and no salesman, so we left. Perhaps they did not like the 14 year old F150, in excellent condition, that we drove in with, and parked near the showroom door. More

Our lease was coming to an end with Honda and we were exploring our options,came here walked out 6 hours later with an incredible brand new jeep... To say things have gone down hill since is an understatement!!! The deal was they take last 3 payments on my CRV and sell back to Honda,this week Honda started calling looking for payment,I figured some misunderstanding and called but didn't get any call back but had to go get my permanent plates and registration so I figured easier to do all then... The last I wish I remember her name was rude and basically said there's nothing about paying Honda etc in contract I'm like WHAT!our car has sat in the same spot since the day we left and absolutely nothing done honda calling me for late fees etc and she was so quick to blame anyone else! Oh the "salesman dropped the ball" didn't know y was salesman's job to do all that etc ridiculous!! Now to Leo from finance so he told us about a bunch of extra coverage we could take and I was on the fence but ended up taking 2 different ones at $96 extra a month and I quote him "you can always cancel but you can't ever add on after we leave today" So other day I said I wanna take those extras off and bring back down to agreed #, you can he says but your payments stay the same in like what?? We're 30 days in our lease and your telling me I have to pay this for duration $3456 for nothing! When I asked why didn't you tell me payments would stay the same he answered "you never asked" oh you'll get a cheque back here and there but not for full $96 I'm like xxx you played me..... I could literally go on and on about how bad this place is from top to bottom everyone! I wrote a review on google got a response to call a # and we'll fix the problem...not to my surprise it was some trash automated system and 4 days later now no call back not that I'm holding my breath anyway... Me and my wife both work in service industry and cannot get over how people can actually do that to other people, It should be punishable by law what this place does to people! I should have known better. The Manager JC insisted I bring the car down for him to run the numbers. I clearly expressed the parameters of the deal I needed on the phone, including acceptable down payment and monthly payment. He shot back numbers and baited me to come in. I sat in the showroom for over an hour while he transferred the deal to a salesman that quoted me higher numbers than he did on the phone. He offered me a deal that I could have very easily saved myself the time I wasted and solicited for myself online, lively for a batter result. The fact that he didnt even come to the table and explain the deal or attempt to negotiate or represent his dealership in a professional way is enough to know that this dealership is a hard pass for anyone lookong to buy a car and get treated like a valued customer. I have experienced better customer service from used car lots and Dodge Chrysler Jeep Paramus should be ashamed of themselves for the quality of employees they have chose to employee. I wouldn’t do business with them even if they were giving away a truck for free. Either lied about refunding a deposit or again complete incompetence has led to it taking over 5 days to process it. This is hands down the worst experience I've encountered in any service setting. The service advisor, Anthony M., made several conflicting comments about the status of my vehicle. My dash camera was rolling the entire time and the footage told an entirely different story and time line of the progress of my vehicles repair. Even after my vehicle was completed and stating the alignment had be fixed, I'm driving down the road with a crooked steering wheel worse than when I brought the vehicle in. I checked the dash camera and the vehicle was never even test driven after the alignment. The alignment machine may say it's straight, but you still need to adjust the toe angle to make sure the steering wheel is centered! My car was in the shop for nearly three weeks and they claimed to not have any loaner vehicles available... This dealership prides themselves on being the biggest CDJR dealer in Bergen County, yet claim they only have 5 loaner cars available and that for three weeks, not a single loaner was returned. Having worked in the automotive industry for a decade myself, specifically in service, I know how much customer satisfaction index (CSI) matters, not only for the reputation, but these surveys corelate to financial incentives and performance goals. I asked my service advisor and the service manager, Alex Vargas, to try to make things right by repairing my vehicle so that I could leave a positive review, but they have not returned my calls even after 3 voicemail and 3 emails. Final word of advice for the advisor, Anthony. You seem to still be "green" as a service writer. You'll get along a lot further in your career by telling the truth instead of lying to your customers and blaming others if something doesn't go right. Your intentions seemed to be there, but lying to the customer to try to tell them what you think they want to hear isn't the way to succeed. Be truthful and straight forward. Terrible experience all around and disappointed after all the years of loyalty after purchasing my vehicle at CDJR of Paramus. More

The sales rep, Rich, was able to provide a decent offer; however, he changed the terms ahead of me signing a new contract and I highly recommend people go elsewhere. After negotiating both at the dealership and extensively communicating via phone and text, I agreed to terms on a deal with Rich, which included the dealership taking my current lease, which they noted they'd "have no problem reselling at auction." Yet, when I arrived to sign paperwork (after running my credit and coordinating with my insurance company to source a new policy), Rich first tells me that his team is "mad that I'm there and hates the deal I got because it's too good" - interesting sales tactic considering I'm about to give them my hard-earned money - and then changes some terms on the spot, including the dealership no longer agreeing to take my current lease, as well as tacking on the DMV fees separately. I've since been to a few other dealerships and they all noted this was a shady tactic used to tried to recoup some money. I didn't appreciate the last minute changes and trying to be taken advantage of, so I left. I highly recommend going elsewhere as this dealership lacks integrity and tries to simply "get you in the door" to continue negotiating even after terms are agreed to. Not worth the headache. More
Went to buy a 2020 Dodge charger for the advertised price of $26,944.00. When I went there the next day with my bank check and insurance cards to buy the car they told me that I had to purchase a protection of $26,944.00. When I went there the next day with my bank check and insurance cards to buy the car they told me that I had to purchase a protection plan for the interior of the car and it also would give me the 2nd key for the car. The extra cost would be an additional $2900.00. I said I didn’t the protection plan, they then said I couldn’t buy the car for the advertised price. They are SCAMERS be careful. More
