I was turning in a Chevy and I thought I would look at some of the Jeeps or Durangos out of curiosity. I was greeted by O' Siris who I would highly recommend to all who visit this dealership. He was very professional and seems to really care a lot about his customers. He worked very hard in helping me find the right car that was within my budget. I didn't feel any pressure into purchasing a Jeep, but once I made my decision, I couldn't be happier. Thank you O'siris for making my first Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo purchase experience a great one! I will continue to buy Jeeps for now on! Thank you also to Manny for making my first time at Paramus Jeep a wonderful experience. More

Nightmare at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Paramus The service department - I, drove my business vehicle to CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF PARAMUS for an oil change on 10/22/2018. The vehicle has commerci The service department - I, drove my business vehicle to CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF PARAMUS for an oil change on 10/22/2018. The vehicle has commercial plates for my business. It was operating very well, no issues. I was told by the service department the vehicle needed $3000 worth of work because of a water pump issue. I paid $3000.00 to get it fixed as soon as possible. I picked up the vehicle on 10/24/2018. The vehicle would not go in reverse. CDJR of Paramus gave my business vehicle back knowing the transmission broke in their possession. I paid another $3016,84 up front to fix it because they claimed they use an independent guy that needs money up front. 40 days and not fixed and now Fraudulent charges on my credit card from CDJR of Paramus. They willfully gave me my business vehicle back to me to drive away up Rt4 with full knowledge that the transmission was broken endangering my life and others. After the sequence of events, there is no confidence in CDJR of Paramus to service and rent any vehicles whatsoever. Route 4 Auto Group should be closed down permanently. More

Easiest new vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. This was my first time and Paramus Jeep and I can say that it will not be my last. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Jay the sales manager and introduced to Jerome the salesman. Right away they explained all possibilities I had to keep me within my monthly payment limit. Numerous times throughout the process Jay stopped over to insure it was going smoothly. Jerome expedited the process knowing I had limited time to complete the purchase and I cannot be more happy about my new Jeep. I want to thank Jay and Jerome for making this the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced! More

Options lilsted on online ads and posted on the window sticker not in car.. told by manager just because its listed, you dont always get it. misquoted prices, off by several thousand dollars and told by sales person, well... Its close.. no.. 500 and 5000 dollars are not close... Avoid like the plague. More

Do NOT buy from this dealer If i could rate below 1 star, I would. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in September 2018. There were three items that required dealer If i could rate below 1 star, I would. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in September 2018. There were three items that required dealer attention post-sale and to which the dealer's salespeople agreed-to as follows: 1. Obtain and install a replacement passenger mirror glass - Done 2. Obtain permanent plates 3. Provide the second key. I was told previous owner was to drop-off within a few days. The dealer provided me with temporary tags. After more than three weeks, I called multiple times to get a status on the permanent plates and got the "run-around". On a Saturday, I called again and was told that I had to call back and speak to a particular person on Monday to resolve my issue. I fail to understand why it is incumbent on the customer to perform all this follow-up. Why could the salesperson I purchased the car from or the used car sales manager (who never returned my call) or anyone else I spoke with taken the initiative to resolve the customer's issue. I had to take time-off work to drive to the dealer (with expired temp tag) to obtain a new temp tag. It is now another two weeks and I still do not have my permanent plates. As for the second key, when I returned to get the new temp tag, the salesperson told me they cannot find the second key. Apparently, the previous owner dropped-off, but the dealer lost it, so now I will need to pay out of pocket to obtain. The bottom-line is that this dealer does not care about the customer once the customer drives off the lot. There is no proactive communication and no one at this dealership has lifted a finger to resolve these issues. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealer. More

I worked with Jerome in the sales department and it was an excellent experience. Jerome was very knowledgeable about the car and helped me identify all the right options to meet my needs. He took the time to listen to my specific interests and helped me customize my car so it was precisely what I wanted (nothing less - but with nothing added that was unnecessary). It was clear to me, from our first interaction all the way through delivery that he genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure I got precisely the Jeep I wanted for a fair price. It was a "no hassle" experience and I got a great car for the right price. I've bought many cars from many dealerships but, moving forward, I will highly recommend Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus and Jerome specifically to all my friends who are in the market for an automobile. The Sales Manager, Jay, was fantastic and it was clear, from my interactions with him, that he's been in the business a long time and knew the importance of great customer service. I could also tell he considers Jerome one of his "top" people and had (well earned) confidence in the deal he helped me negotiate. When I took delivery, Monah helped make sure all the paperwork was done promptly and properly and was respectful of my time. All in all this was a "five star" experience with a great team. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to navigate the sometimes stressful world of car buying. Worst experience I came in for a simple oil change. My car is a lease and brand new. The attendant offered me a 15k service and I respectfully declined and specificall I came in for a simple oil change. My car is a lease and brand new. The attendant offered me a 15k service and I respectfully declined and specifically stated that I was only here for an oil change. They said okay and had me sign a paper. I signed believing it was for the oil change. When all was done they surprised me with a 700 dollar bill for the 15k service. They said that I signed for it. I was involved in a bait and switch scheme and am currently pursuing legal action and will be reporting this to the BBB as well as posting yelp and google reviews to make customers aware of this horrible experience. They saw a Spanish speaking immigrant and took advantage of the fact that my English is not perfect. More
