My first Chrysler was purchased (new) 1991 @ a different dealership. I was not happy with their service department; therefore I was not a repeat customer. Because of that I bought my second Chrysler (new) 2000 @ this dealership (Paramus). I totaled my car 2005 & because of the EXCELLENT service I received from Mr. Ralph Russo, I am a repeat customer. It's been 11 years & as long as Mr. Russo is in the service department I will stay with Paramus Chrysler.
