Quick urgent service I have dealt with chuck Nicholson for many years (8-10years). All experiences have been great. The service department has always been top notch. This particular visit was just as I expected; superior. I came out of work the day before at 4:50 pm and noticed my car was making an odd noise. I immediately drove to CN and asked them to take a listen and they told me i needed to get it looked at. We made an appointment for the and next morning. I like the majority of the population rely on a dependable car & don’t have time for down time. My repairs were done in a timely fashion and I am beyond happy that CN was able to accommodate me so quickly. I would like to additionally say that I plan to purchase a new Yukon in the future and will return back to CN for yet another vehicle purchase. Their service and commitment to excellence speaks volumes in my opinion. More

Sneaky dealership I have never experienced such a blatant scam in my life, so much so it has compelled me to write a review warning others of the fraud that most likely I have never experienced such a blatant scam in my life, so much so it has compelled me to write a review warning others of the fraud that most likely takes place on a daily basis. We took our 10' Acadia in because of a knock coming from the engine. The knock was identified as a rod and would need a new engine. The warranty we purchased along with the vehicle stated it would cover parts and all labor for such a failure. On signing the paper work to begin repair they told us we had a 100 dollar deductible and would be required to pay for some gaskets bringing a out of pocket to 200 with some odd change. We told them we have no deductible (which we do not) and that its clearly stated all seals and gaskets are covered. They said thats fine and they would talk to the warranty company. Jump forward to pick up day which was 3 days behind what they told us. Not to mention the Christmas presents that were still in the car that they neglected to mention the car wouldn't be accessible on Saturday since they failed to complete it on time. We were again told we owed 200 for gaskets and deductible. I then brought up how we previously discussed that there was no deductible and that gaskets are clearly covered. I then called the warranty company while in the shop and they confirmed the only thing not covered on the invoice they received is an oil filter. After talking with the warranty place they then come back with a different reason we owe the 200. I had asked them to check a wheel bearing. They said they couldn't check it before repair because of the engine noise. I guess they don't know how to shake a tire. They now expected 55 dollars for checking to see if it was bad because it was a separate diagnostic from the initial. The other supposed reason for the 200 was that they had to recalibrate the engine per gmc specs. In which case you would think would fall under the labor category. Except that our warranty company told them there would be no reason for that to be done and would not cover it. So instead of asking us if we wanted it done they did it without contacting us at all or explaining it to anyone. Regardless none of the reasons we were told we owed the 200 equalled the exact total on the itemized bill we received. After changing their story and reasons multiple times it was evident they were just charging us and couldn't really explain why. Its not just poor quality of service but a legitimate attempt of fraud. I will not only of course never do business with this shop again but adamantly detour any possible future customers. More
