Once I completed the online figures I was immediately contacted by Gary King and Todd Sellers from the sales department asking if I had any questions and getting the final details of the trade. They informed me they would need some time to review everything and call me back. They kept me updated the entire time as they worked on the trade appraisal. Once the figures were decided and the deal was made, they completed everything in a timely fashion ( I am in Wash DC, they are in Alabama) . I shipped the trade and picked up my new used vehicle and I couldn't be happier. They are a fantastic dealership to work with, treated me fairly and honestly and great communication throughout.
