Not knowledgable about Chevy Bolt, deceptive warranty My wife and I had the misfortune to loose both of the keys for our new Bolt, after owning and enjoying it for 3 months. Despite several calls and dis My wife and I had the misfortune to loose both of the keys for our new Bolt, after owning and enjoying it for 3 months. Despite several calls and discussion with the service department, I could not get a straight answer as to what was required and whether the key replacement mentioned in the warranty covered this situation. I was told to have the car towed to the dealer, and they would figure out what to do. This was a major annoyance, since the car was parked in my garage and the service department could not tell me how to put the car in neutral. The towing company talked to the service department and got no guidance from them as to how to safely pull the car out of the garage and onto the truck. After two days at the dealer I learned that the 'complimentary key replacement' would cost me about $300. I am not a happy Chevy owner. More

Leak in coolant area on 2016 corvette Found the service department to be very competent once I was able to connect with them. Still phone issues where no one answers phone in service and Found the service department to be very competent once I was able to connect with them. Still phone issues where no one answers phone in service and left a message and no one called back. Called back and receptionist had to physically look for someone. Know they are busy but need a better system. Everyone might not be persistent in trying to book an appointment. No complaints about the service, staff nor facility. Found some great changes and hoping this problem gets resolved. Would like to use Ciocca regularly as I purchased my Silverado truck there from previous owners. More

Oil change on Z-51 Corvette After starting to drive my Corvette, again, after the winter, the car's information screen informed me that the oil life was down to 5% and needed to After starting to drive my Corvette, again, after the winter, the car's information screen informed me that the oil life was down to 5% and needed to be changed. I called Ciocca Chevrolet to make an appointment to have this service done. I was given numerous options as to date and time to bring the car in. I was a little early for my appointment, but they took me right away. The service people were very professional and efficient. The oil change took about one hour and I was on my way. Nice waiting area. Excellent service. More
