Excellent Experience I found a truck online of which I wanted to go look at. There was absolutely no sales pitch. They were able to get the deal done even though I arrived to the place at about 5PM. I ended up purchasing the truck for less than what it was advertised for. It was an excellent price and a great auto purchasing experience. Also the financing guy Zack was a big help as well. I was in and out of the dealer’s in about 2 hours. I can’t thank them enough. Recent Purchase at Ciocca Chevy I recently purchased a used Nissan Rogue from Ciocca Chevrolet. I saw the Rogue on CarFax on a Sunday. Rick, at Ciocca, responded to my text message r I recently purchased a used Nissan Rogue from Ciocca Chevrolet. I saw the Rogue on CarFax on a Sunday. Rick, at Ciocca, responded to my text message re: the vehicle first thing Monday morning. I worked with the salesman Eric at Ciocca who was very easy going and answered my tons of questions and wasn’t pushy or overpowering. He took time going back to the vehicle checking and rechecking to make sure I didn’t miss anything. While working with Zach in finance he figured out how to set up my Bluetooth since it wasn’t something I had on my other older vehicle. Ciocca offers a nice customer complimentary service too. The dealership is very nice, clean, easy to find and the waiting area for service is welcoming with complimentary beverages.
