Our salesman, Eric Gomez, is really nice to deal with. He never made us feel pressured to make a purchase and went our of his way to make sure we were pleased. Zach Ott was our finance guy. He was great as well. He took the time to answer our many questions and even got us better financing than we had worked out with our bank. We purchased a Certified Pre-owned car. Upon my initial inspection I found that one of the tires showed some pot-hole damage. We all agreed that a Certified car should not have a damaged tire so they ordered a new tire and a week later their service department installed it. Graham Hosrt was our service guy. He was great to deal with as well. I mentioned that the steering wheel was no longer centered and that the alignment was probably off due to the pot-hole incident. After mounting the new tire he had our car put on the alignment rack so the steering wheel center could be adjusted and all alignment specs could be verified. I would certainly buy another car from Ciocca Chevrolet. The staff is friendly and professional. They really take the stress out of buying a car. Oh, and I almost forgot, the facility is beautiful. It's really clean and modern looking with comfortable furnishings. I normally don't like hanging out at a car dealer but the waiting area felt like my living room. More
