Was looking for a first car for my daughter, was dreading the car buying experience. I did a bunch of looking online and from the first phone call I made (talked to Rich in the Internet Department) to all of my dealings my salesman Chris Middleton, to Joe in Finance everyone in the dealership was friendly, professional and very competent. There was no wasted time, no bothersome contacts, and the entire experience couldn't have been smoother. (Even with the COVID pandemic going on). They answered all the questions I had and explained all the warranties in detail. The CarFax data was presented and reviewed so you know what you're buying and there were no hidden fees or surprises.
