It was ok If you offer programs towards first responders and military personnel then it should work for all vehicles NOT just new vehicles. And warranty upgrade If you offer programs towards first responders and military personnel then it should work for all vehicles NOT just new vehicles. And warranty upgrades are way out of control as far as price. If you want people to recommend your dealership you should GIVE more or lower costs. Once a price is agreed upon then you hit with a better warranty for way beyond a budgeted payment that was agreed on. It disappointing to know the dealership could offer more at such a high cost. A preowned certified should be treated as close to new as possible. If you think your product is good and you’re confident that it will last , then offer better warranty for less money . Otherwise the sales personnel were great and knowledgeable of what they were doing, Alex has good follow up actions but still haven’t heard from Eric regarding what my cost is for specialty plates on registration transfer. More
