She was never pressuring, just checking in to see if she could help by scheduling an appt. or answering questions. The sale never felt forced and none of the annoying “what can I do to close today” types of tactics were used. Just “is this everything you need to know?” And “how can we find you exactly what you need?” No pressure, no upsell. It’s the way I like it. I have walked out of dealerships even when I was interested in a vehicle because of the salesperson. I was glad I didn’t run into that here. Joe was also helpful, lots of information, no pressure.
