She was never pressuring, just checking in to see if she could help by scheduling an appt. or answering questions. The sale never felt forced and none of the annoying “what can I do to close today” types of tactics were used. Just “is this everything you need to know?” And “how can we find you exactly what you need?” No pressure, no upsell. It’s the way I like it. I have walked out of dealerships even when I was interested in a vehicle because of the salesperson. I was glad I didn’t run into that here. Joe was also helpful, lots of information, no pressure. I hope my experience in service over the next several years matches the experience I had in sales. More

Great experience overall My wife and I came in to buy a 2019 Chevy Bolt. We had already test drove it at another dealership and had a price in hand. Problem: They didn't have My wife and I came in to buy a 2019 Chevy Bolt. We had already test drove it at another dealership and had a price in hand. Problem: They didn't have the color and options we wanted and would need to do a dealer swap for it. Fine, but we realized after searching inventory on the Chevy site that Ciocca had the EXACT one we wanted and was just as close. Googled their reviews and they were pretty positive overall. So we stopped in to just look at it. Alex M. was courteous, responsive, and was available at all times during the process. He showed us the Bolt, asked if we want to test drive it again, and even gave out his personal cell if we wanted to ask any questions over the weekend. In terms of pricing, Alex got a price in short notice and was able to beat the other dealer's price by a couple of hundreds of dollars. No issue. No hassle. We got below invoice plus GM incentives plus Alex even threw in free oil changes for life! (just kidding) In terms of actually buying the car, it was extremely straightforward. We arrived at the dealership with payment in hand (two checks, we financed through our credit union) and Alex walked us through the process (maybe 15 minutes). Signed up for OnStar, explained to us the service, asked if we had any questions. Chris the financial officer gave us a nice run down of extended warranty options and had us sign a few papers to finish the purchase (maybe again another 15 minutes). Car was ready, detailed, fully charged, and had no silly dealer stickers on the bumper or anything like that when we walked out. Alex again walked us through the car again to make sure we were comfortable, The whole process took about 40 minutes tops. No stress whatsoever. After we came home, Alex called us the next day to make sure the car met our expectations and that we were happy with everything. We are of course. Alex is great (and a proud owner of a new Colorado to boot, good luck man!). More
