Oil change The service was great for the oil change. I had a vibration in the front when I go 80 mp. Service visit 4/4/19 Every staff person I interacted with was very professional, kind, and responsive to my needs. Once issues were identified, I was notified by Shane who Every staff person I interacted with was very professional, kind, and responsive to my needs. Once issues were identified, I was notified by Shane who met me immediately as I entered the service area. I love this new feature of having a staff person make contact upon arrival. When it was identified that the repairs would take an additional 2 hours, I was unable to wait. Shane put me at ease quickly, he offered a loaner car so I could leave it overnight. He called the next day and told me it would be ready by 2pm, and it was. When I arrived home, I realized I left my garage door opener in the loaner. I called and spoke to Megan who checked the car and called me right back to tell me it was there. When I returned, I spoke with Chris, who was very responsive. In addition, he also replaced the license plate cover on the back of the car, as requested. The front had been done earlier that day. My car was purchased at Princeton Chevrolet in 2013. While their service department was satisfactory; Ciocca Chevrolet provides outstanding customer service. Thank you. More
