This was until I just got my 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Duramax diesel. This dealership , especially Megan has outstanding people and a go out of the way for you attitude and will do anything for the customer and just a great service experience. I even told them when I was there. I was super happy from the minute I rolled in when the garage door opened . I’m already recommending it to everyone . There’s nothing else to say but thank you .... Quick Service I recently went to Ciocca Chevrolet for an oil and filter change plus tire rotation. I was met by Josh, the service writer, right away. The check-in I recently went to Ciocca Chevrolet for an oil and filter change plus tire rotation. I was met by Josh, the service writer, right away. The check-in went very quickly and Josh was very professional and courteous. I must add that he is very personable and he has the perfect personality for greeting people as they arrive for service. My service went smoothly and my Traverse was done in what I consider an acceptable amount of time. Although my service plan provides me with two “free” oil changes per year at Ciocca, I would still consider them for this type of work, plus repairs, had I not opted for the extended warranty and service plan. More
