New Chevy Traverse - Great Experience at Ciocca From the start of my experience with Ciocca, I felt very welcome and was taken care of over the top. They assisted with the towing of my old gmc, diagnosing the issue, presenting the case to GM, and ultimately obtaining assistance towards a new vehicle. I was told by other dealers that GM would probably not help me out due to my car being out of warranty, but Ciocca found a way. When I visited the dealership, I was greeted by Craig and was put in touch with Eric who was extremely knowledgeable & accommodating in understanding my situation and what I was looking for. We spent some time talking about my ideal situation so that he could understand which direction to go. We went from test driving certified used vehicles to new vehicles. After calculating a few different scenarios and laying out the prices we began to discuss how we could fit the budget. At the end of the day they were able to find the perfect vehicle that had everything I was looking for and somehow fit the budget. Eric spent hours with us and really helped us out.
