I made an appointment for the following day and was in and out in less than 3 hours including a test drive. Eric gave a tour of the service area while we waited for the finance manager to be available. The car was out of detail after we got out of finance, where Brendan helped us, and I was on my way less than 3 hours after I arrived at Ciocca.
