I consider myself a brand loyalist and if I love my experience somewhere, they will not only earn my trust, but my future business as well. I was ecstatic to go to the new Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton even on what turned out to be a windy and cold night, only because the experience was top notch. I was greeted by Joe Vazquez.....outgoing, well put together, savvy and enthusiastic. Not to mention....sharp! Joe "peeled away at the layers of the onion" as we like to use this analogy in our own world. He asked me questions to get right to the heart of what I not only wanted, but NEEDED! He put me in just the right vehicle for ME and that is what exemplary service is all about. The rest of the experience was made further superior with the help of the Manager and Finance Team. I could not have asked for this experience to have been any better if I wrote the scenario myself. James worked with Joe on pricing I could afford and Brendan and Zach made sure I understood extended warranties, the Ciocca Promise and what I should expect as customer.....or in my world, a CLIENT! Thank you guys for a wonderful car buying experience. I will be in tomorrow with some homemade goodies for all of you and to show off my new Chevy Equinox! More

On star notification after service was performed. Advised service tech and and said pull the suv right in so they could hook a computer up to it to detect a problem. I would recommend you but I had a very bad experience. I brought my car in for a re-call and and oil change. I got there a little after 9:30.. The person that signed me in said it should just be a compute I brought my car in for a re-call and and oil change. I got there a little after 9:30.. The person that signed me in said it should just be a computer adjustment and shouldn't be that long. Many people came in after me and many people left me sitting there. I waited for over two and a half hours and finally at 12:40 I went in the service area to find out the delay. That was no delay my car was finished and sitting outside the service area in the parking lot. They just forgot to tell me the car was done. They told me they would be right with me and they did come quickly and get in ready to leave. More

After 1 hour started wondering what was going on. Tech who did the precheck kept walking in and out, with no mention of what was going on. Then after 1.5 hrs a lady walks in and informs me there is a delay in the delivery of the oil filter!! I made an appointment 4 days prior no one thought to have the 2nd most important thing in an oil change in stock... Really disappointed me, especially since when I purchased the car from their other branch it took a shorter time (including test drive), than this oil change. Least you could do is keep customer updated rather than let them wonder if their car is being worked on. More
