He is very soft-spoken and straight forward (in a good way), gave us lots of information, just wanting to make sure there were no surprises for us, then took us for a test drive. The assistant manager introduced himself to us as well. Everyone was attentive and friendly. We came in the next day to buy the car, and that process took us about 4 hours. It's only been about 24-hours but we are very happy with our purchase. More
