Outstanding experience leasing 2019 Bolt EV Premier I went to Ciocca Chevrolet because I knew they had a large inventory of Bolt EVs and that was the car I was very interested in. Competitive models do I went to Ciocca Chevrolet because I knew they had a large inventory of Bolt EVs and that was the car I was very interested in. Competitive models do not have the features or range that Chevy offers in the Bolt EV. Having owned several plug-in hybrids for the last 6 years, I was ready to take the leap to full electric. I was considering taking over an existing lease of a used 2018 Bolt from a private party prior to coming and ultimately decided I wanted a new vehicle. I met with Eric Gomez and was very impressed with his overall knowledge of the vehicle, its features and capabilities. EV cars are relatively new and I did tons of research before coming in as I did not expect any sales rep to have an in depth knowledge. Wow was I wrong. Eric took me on a test drive and explained some of the finer points of the vehicle and how the EV system works. In my particular case, I had a simple choice, LT or Premier and Ciocca had plenty of both. I applied for credit and we began the process of getting me into a payment that met my expectations. At no point was I pushed to get the higher priced car or any accessories. Eric made me aware of the Costco discount incentive and reviewed lease vs buy options as well. In the end I decided to lease as the EV market changes very rapidly and I did not want a 5 year old car in 5 years. Rather, I fully expect to get another vehicle from Ciocca when my lease is up in 3 years and will DEFINITELY work with Eric on that as well. Eric's attention to detail was remarkable. When I came in to make my actual vehicle selection, he had both cars pulled out front with a personalized sign in each saying "Welcome John". That was a nice touch that definitely resonated with me and solidified my opinion of Eric as a great salesman. Upon delivery, Eric worked with me to setup my OnStar account and reviewed the My Chevy online setup and functionally. He also showed me where I can come to charge the car any time. I also worked with Zach in Finance to sign paperwork and review extended maintenance agreements. In the end, I elected not to get any additional coverage, but Zac did a great job in explaining the options to me and did not put pressure to get anything as I have experienced so many times when purchasing a new vehicle at other dealers. Although I just got the car, I am extremely happy with it and have already recommended Ciocca/Eric to several friends/relatives. More
