The person taking my information was very pleasant, and explained what I should do when I get to the dealer. His instructions were very distinct and helpful... no guessing where to go or what to do when I get there. The gentleman who greeted me when I pulled in was very gracious and polite. Then another gentleman came over to get some information from me. Once this was complete, I was escorted into the very pleasant waiting area and was offered coffee, etc.; I opted for water and he opened a refrigerator and gave me a bottle of water and told me to help myself to more if I wanted it. I also noticed that there was a popcorn machine and you were able to help yourself. I waited approximately 45 minutes and someone came out and called my name. I was escorted to the cashier desk (my service - oil change and tire rotation - were included in my service contract. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Ciocca any time! I regret that I didn't get the names of the gentlemen who greeted me, but I did get the name of the clerk who assisted me. More

Finally I had been working with another Chevrolet dealership in the area. Unfortunately their extreme lack of customer service, respect for customers and will I had been working with another Chevrolet dealership in the area. Unfortunately their extreme lack of customer service, respect for customers and willingness to make changes made me have to find a better place to take my business Well, I’m happy to report I found one. Graham (the service tech) was great. I appreciated his attention to detail and thoroughness. Also, I felt he listened to what I had to say, let me know he heard me then dealt with the issue or made note of it. Then everything was actually done. It feels like fresh air to me, but I guess great customer service is just par for the course at Ciocca. It was my second experience, both were great. Now, I finally have the Chevy dealership I’ve been looking for. More
