What would the General Manager do that the Finance Manager has already done or said? I would think that if Ciocca Chevrolet was genuinely interested in me as a customer, the GM would reach out to me. In summary the response was sorry about the problem, but the issue isn't covered and it's your problem. His lack of willingness to at least provide some "customer service" was, to me all telling. One bright spot was our salesmen Mike, he was "customer focused" during the buying process
