Surface engine light activated and reduced car power I contacted the Ciocca over the phone and was able to setup an appointment to the same day. I arrived at the site and spoke to David (service manager) and they pull up the error code with their diagnostics tools. I was concerned that the last time this happened that I needed a new engine. This time it was only spark plugs and a coil. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. More

Service on my 2013 Chevy Tahoe was great I made an appointment for my Tahoe due to numerous issues. The atmosphere is very friendly and the team goes out of their way to make sure you're receiving 100% satisfacation. I was able to have a "loaner" while my Tahoe was in the shop which was a great help for me!
