Great customer service! I went in intially for an informational visit. When I arrived the dealership was having a private event for customer who had previously purchased cars I went in intially for an informational visit. When I arrived the dealership was having a private event for customer who had previously purchased cars there. I met Mr.Ciocca that evening and was treated like a customer the minute I walked in the door. The sales team and manager didn’t pressure me into buying a car they listened to what I wanted and even offered to by my husband and I dinner that evening. I came back the next day and purchased our new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Customer satisfaction at its best! More

Could have been better I brought my car for service, because of an intermittent check engine light fault that was identified as an air conditioner issue. It was my second v I brought my car for service, because of an intermittent check engine light fault that was identified as an air conditioner issue. It was my second visit because of the intermittent nature of the warning light. I needed to be more insistent on my second visit, pointing out that an intermittent fault was more annoying because you lose the functionality of the warning system unless the immediate cause is found and eliminated. I bought my car in at 7:30 am and it was not fixed until the following morning. The problem was eventually found to be a slightly low refrigerant level. Andrew explained that it was because the service team assumed approached the problem assuming a more complex fault was the cause but I think that this ought to have been one of the first things to check. Sometimes computer monitoring of car engines can get in the way of good old fashioned car mechanics. In days gone by the first thing that mechanics checked was refrigerant levels even if in this case the air con appeared to be working effectively. I think an older service tech might have gone there more quickly? The worst aspect however of my service experience is the appalling tendency at Ciocca to leave customers, who call in for status reports or to set up an appointment, on hold for inordinately long wait times. There is no effort to get back to the person on hold to explain why this is happening. I find this unacceptable and annoying and it caused me to complain to the Ciocca Chevrolet GM about it. If this situation is not improved, it will almost certhinly lead me to seek alternative servicing for my vehicle.. More
