Had a leak in tire, due for oil change and needed a new key I purchased my 2017 Chevy Trax in April 2018 as a floor model and my salesperson was Dylan Ciocca. Found Dylan to be absolutely wonderful... he was informative and I felt no pressure to buy the car at all. I knew I got a great deal on the car and from beginning to end I was very happy with Ciocca dealership. This past Saturday I went back for my 1st service...a scheduled oil change. But I also had a slow leak in my tire and my husband lost his car (the spare). With the Ciocca Promise, I was able to get a new tire, oil change, replacement key and wash/vacuum for my birthday --and left paying $0 (zero dollars). The gentleman who "checked me in", Graham explained everything to me and said I'd be there for 2 hours --and he was right ---I was out of there in 2 hours. I did see my salesperson, Dylan, who came right over to me and asked how the car was working out and wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and if there was anything I needed to contact him..and he meant it. And I also have to give a shout out too was Agnes who was at the desk working. She was one of the happiest people I have seen in a long time talking to her fellow employees, customers and people calling on the phone. But I have to say, every person I came in contact with at Ciocca was kind, friendly and very approachable...that means alot. More

OK Service Extremely Overpriced Service representative was very courteous and welcoming. Work was done promptly and as of now looks okay (I have driven only two miles since work was Service representative was very courteous and welcoming. Back up grids not showing on screen They ran an update and said that should fix it. For one day the problem was fixed. The staff was very friendly and informative, no pressure what so ever. Matt who was my salesman answered all my questions and kept me informed as the sale was going on. James explained in detail the financed part. The car was ready as promised when I went to pick it up. From start to finish I had know complaints at all. Then the next day I received a follow up call from Kelly again wanting to know if I was completely satisfied with my Colorado and experience at Ciocca. Definite yes. I will always buy from a family owned business. More

Polite, helpful, and accommodating My car stalled out in traffic on route 1 on the way to work. I had the car towed to this facility. I called ahead and the woman on the phone told me t My car stalled out in traffic on route 1 on the way to work. I had the car towed to this facility. I called ahead and the woman on the phone told me they were extremely busy and probably wouldn’t be able to do anything until the next day. She assigned my issue to Graham. Graham called me within the next hour and was extremely accommodating and helpful. He even tried to work out a ride for me to get back to work. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix the issue by the end of the day but Graham informed me it was covered under warranty and there was no charge. Doesn’t get any better than that. Great experience that started as a crappy situation. More
