Had a leak in tire, due for oil change and needed a new key I purchased my 2017 Chevy Trax in April 2018 as a floor model and my salesperson was Dylan Ciocca. Found Dylan to be absolutely wonderful... he was i I purchased my 2017 Chevy Trax in April 2018 as a floor model and my salesperson was Dylan Ciocca. Found Dylan to be absolutely wonderful... he was informative and I felt no pressure to buy the car at all. I knew I got a great deal on the car and from beginning to end I was very happy with Ciocca dealership. This past Saturday I went back for my 1st service...a scheduled oil change. But I also had a slow leak in my tire and my husband lost his car (the spare). With the Ciocca Promise, I was able to get a new tire, oil change, replacement key and wash/vacuum for my birthday --and left paying $0 (zero dollars). The gentleman who "checked me in", Graham explained everything to me and said I'd be there for 2 hours --and he was right ---I was out of there in 2 hours. I did see my salesperson, Dylan, who came right over to me and asked how the car was working out and wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and if there was anything I needed to contact him..and he meant it. And I also have to give a shout out too was Agnes who was at the desk working. She was one of the happiest people I have seen in a long time talking to her fellow employees, customers and people calling on the phone. But I have to say, every person I came in contact with at Ciocca was kind, friendly and very approachable...that means alot. More
