The demeanor of the staff was pleasant, professional and kind. There is a well balanced staff at this establishment. Antonia Haddock, my customer manager advocate, was kind, professional, answering questions via phone and sending me accurate vehicle information. My sales rep, Charlie Cook also revealed a very pleasant, jovial and professional attitude who made sure everything was included in my vehicle transaction. My finance manager, Chris Callahan was also professional , organized, and truthful. Finally, Fred Kress, my technical adviser, showed me in detail all the features of my new vehicle purchase, despite the inclement weather, he took his time demonstrating all the vehicle's features . The Flemington Ford and Lincoln dealership definitely exhibit an example of what purchasing a vehicle should be, no pressure and no lies!!!! They had the vehicle I wanted and most importantly, the automobile was exactly as advertised, no hidden agenda!!!!
