Was disappointed with the lack of clear communication of what was discovered after the prior two appointments did not appear to resolve the issue. Then truck was being held at the dealership until the occu what was discovered after the prior two appointments did not appear to resolve the issue. Then truck was being held at the dealership until the occurrence was to happen again. It wasn’t until I called back to the dealership, and was informed of this decision, that I was forced to make a time line of when I needed the truck back, knowing it was a primary work truck of ours. The last two times I have been there they have not given me a video of the whole car like they used too. Also they used to tell me what my car needed whenever I get a oil change that didn’t happen either. E me a video of the whole car like they used too. Each time I visited in the past and they told me what was wrong with it, the next time I came they didn’t mention it even though it wasn’t fixed by them or anyone else. That makes me believe was there actually a problem or do they just want money. Now I have my car in there for maintenance and we specifically scheduled it so u could get it back the same day and it been there for about 31 hrs. More

Very impressed with the video from the tech inspecting my truck. Did a walk around while it was on the lift. Said it needed rear rotors and pads. Excellent communication.
