We hit it off immediately; he’s sincere, honest, treated my 3 year old well, and made me laugh. Even knowing I had no intention of buying a car yet, he took a couple hours to walk me through models and leasing options. Over the next couple weeks, we exchanged emails and texts as I had more questions and changed my mind after discussing things with my husband. When the day came to come in and decide, he continued to be wonderful. My husband and I chose to lease a 2020 Forester and a 2020 Legacy, both of which he had ready for us to test drive. He had the service team prepared to add the options I told him we wanted (auto-dim mirrors and remote start). Everyone else we dealt with was equally friendly and informative, including the manager Bill and the finance guy John who explained the additional benefits and lease structure thoroughly. I set up an appointment with the Delivery Specialist Gigi, and a woman named Jenna supplied my daughter with colored pencils and pictures. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience, and am grateful to have a chance to share it. I will definitely be recommending Ciocca Subaru to my friends and relatives, and plan to continue to give them my business. More
