The sales (Jeff), finance (Mo) and customer service (Jenna) staff were not only courteous but honest as well. There was no undo pressure placed on me to purchase a vehicle and a genuine effort to meet my needs and answer all my questions. I was very satisfied with the “ deal “ we negotiated and the speed in completing all the paper work. This was my fourth Outback purchase and my best buying experience ever, I look forward to using the Ciocca service center in the future and can’t wait for Ciocca to open a facility in the Lower Bucks County Pa. area. My experience at Ciocca was outstanding. From the first call, being directed to Jim Schin, Jim was very friendly, asked about the car I was interested in to the actual test drive. It was a complete pleasure dealing with him, answered all of my questions without any issues. My car was ready as promised, Jim again took the time to review the options. Jim also followed up with a phone call a few days later after , making sure I was happy with the car, any questions I might have had.
