The only improvement could have been in the finance portion - it could have been more organized, and efficient. We felt like we weren't being heard and it was very time consuming. We understood the value of the services being sold but had other reasons for not selecting them that were not being heard. Numbers that were given to us were wrong but we were able to catch it before signing the papers. There was a miscommunication with the deposit and our down payment which cause a delay. All this caused redoing the paperwork and now additional going in to sign something that was forgotten. But overall it was a good experience and appreciate all the guidance during the car buying journey. We love our Subaru and will definitely be back again! More

Ron was incredibly helpful, insightful and patient as he walked me through the process of choosing my car and dealing with my bank (who was hesitant to release the funds for me to buy the car outright with walked me through the process of choosing my car and dealing with my bank (who was hesitant to release the funds for me to buy the car outright with no financing). I ended up going to the bank in person on his advice and everything turned out well. The car I came to Ciocca Subaru in was failing by the second and I HAD to drive off with a new car. His patience and professional agility allowed this to happen. I am so thankful to be safe on these roads! I'm excited to have purchased my first brand new car from such a great dealership and truly wonderful salesman as Ron. Mom says hi! More
