Amazing Buying Experience From the moment that I contacted the dealership, I knew this was going to be the place that I purchased my newest vehicle from. When Ilona took my call, she made me have a feeling that I was in the right place. She was very knowledgeable and when she did not know the answer to something she was completely honest and advised me that she would get the answer. Ilona scheduled my appointment for 1145 AM and set me up with Alyssa Bragg. As I was about to depart my residence for the dealership, I received a phone call from Alyssa who wanted to make sure I was aware of their location and she also wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns she could address before I arrived. I have purchased other cars in the past but have never had a favorable experience as such before arriving at the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by Alyssa as she led me to her desk to have a brief conversation. Alyssa is a very upbeat and energetic person and will make you feel right at home and comfortable. She was easy to have conversation with and she was also very knowledgeable. The one thing I appreciated about my experience with Alyssa is that she personalized it. From having the car ready to show and to go with my name tagged on the mirror. Alyssa also made this a superb buying experience because not one minute did I ever feel a bit of pressure from her nor did she try to "upsell" or change my mind on my selected vehicle. I have purchased vehicles ranging from Ford to Cadillac and I have never had an experience quite like the one I experienced today. The sincerity in the dealership is second to none as it has a "family" feeling as everyone is so courteous and friendly. Alyssa made this experience worthwhile and I was in and out the door in about two (2) hours. There is no question of where I will be buying my next vehicle from and the associate that I will be dealing with. Ciocca Subaru and Alyssa with be who I recommend to anyone that I know that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. If this dealership has other associates like Alyssa, they are truly built for success! Ciocca Subaru was actually the first dealer I stopped at on my journey because they had the largest inventory, but after visiting multiple dealers I quickly found that I didn’t have to go any further than Ciocca Subaru. No other dealer could match the price Ciocca offered me, and the costumer service was unmatched as well in terms of friendliness and knowledge. Adrian Garibaldi was my sales person. Right off the bat I got a good impression and felt welcome speaking to him, which was something that was missing at some of the other dealers. Adrian was quick to answer all my questions and knew everything I wanted to know about the cars I was interested in, but what impressed me the most and was the reason I chose Ciocca subaru is their willingness to work with me. I am pretty young and not once did I feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. There is a lot I didn’t know or understand in buying my first car, but Adrian broke it down and talked me through everything I was unsure about. He listened to me and helped me get the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. At the end of the day I didn’t have to settle. I walked out of there with the car I wanted. And I honestly believe I got the best deal possible on my new car. I would recommend Adrian and Ciocca Subaru to anyone, and when the time comes I will definitely be buying my next car at Ciocca Subaru. More

Awful customer service nt in to Ciocca to get into a new lease, and was coming from New England . Ciocca agreed to handle the new registration as part of the deal. This was back in August, when they provided me with a temporary plate that expired Oct 13. In early September I got a panicked phone call from Ciocca that they need an updated license, after they had my current ID on file from my August visit (so they knew very well what ID I had in possession.) I went to the DMV the very next day and took care of this, sending a copy right away. I called and followed up over 6 times since then, never getting confirmation that the process was on track, or they had what they needed. I left voicemails, sent emails, and never heard back. On October 10-THREE DAYS before the plates were to expire- they called to say that my plates would not be arriving until October 23 at the earliest. When I asked what I was supposed to do from the 13 to the 23, the response was “I guess just be careful.” Not only unprofessional, but careless. They had no good explanation, and were totally unapologetic. I would never do business with Ciocca again, and do not recommend anyone else do business with them. More
