No other dealer needed! It was bittersweet that I ended up back at Ciocca Subaru only a year after my first purchase. I was rear ended and my Forester was totaled. Throughout It was bittersweet that I ended up back at Ciocca Subaru only a year after my first purchase. I was rear ended and my Forester was totaled. Throughout the whole process with the insurance company, the employees at both the dealership and collision center were very helpful and concerned. Once I received notification that my Subaru was totaled, I went to the collision center to retrieve my personal belongings, and again was met with sympathy and kindness. From collision, I went straight to the dealership. After looking through the used inventory, I met again with Andy and asked him to find my car. Lucky for me, a brand new 2018 Forester had arrived that morning on a truck and she was the exact car that I lost, only a year newer. Andy was able to get me all the programs and warranties that I had with my first Subaru, keeping my monthly payment similar to the previous one without a downpayment. I cannot thank all of the people at Ciocca enough for their genuine kindness, compassion, and concern in getting me back into my beautiful Subaru! More

Lights were not working I had to go back to the dealership. Back window wasn’t working properly. Rattle makes noise when the car is turned on about a week after I bought the car. I work 40+ hours in a hospital over night and I don’t have time nor money to spend going back and forth trying to get a proper car. Mind you I’m 18 and can’t get a loaner until they can fix it. I will not bother any other people due to a car that shouldn’t have problems a week later that I discover. also original price 12,+ they new I needed a car jacked price up to 18,+. I will have to switch cars later on I can’t keep on loving a brand that offers so much, yet so little. Also Samantha I believe so was a great person to me in the process. Both personnel did amazing. Not the service. More
I helped my daughter buy a used Car Nice but they refused to lower the price when we found cosmetic damage to the door after we bought the car we realized only one key, no spare tire a Nice but they refused to lower the price when we found cosmetic damage to the door after we bought the car we realized only one key, no spare tire and no jack. Not happy about that. Also brake light out and as she was pulling out they did notice but told her she had to go to Kia dealer. She balked and they did fix it. I feel foolish now about no spare, no jack and no manual but Ill live and learn. I feel they are a little sneaky and took advantage to a degree. Megan Rooney More

The Best Car Buying Experience! We had an amazing buying experience in March of this year when we bought a 2015 Certified used Crosstrek V for our daughter. When the time came to fin We had an amazing buying experience in March of this year when we bought a 2015 Certified used Crosstrek V for our daughter. When the time came to finally trade in my 2005 Legacy, I knew there was only one place I would look for my new car. On Sunday morning, I started looking, not intending to buy right away, but just to see what type of inventory was out there. I was thrilled when I found a low mileage red Legacy Limited on the website. My first, and only new Legacy Ltd was red and I LOVED that car! It was fate! I inquired online if it was still in stock and received a call early Monday morning to schedule a test drive. I still had no intention of purchasing right away as my car was adequate, but doing home care and having family out of state, I knew it was nearing the time for a newer car. As was the case the first time, Jeff Staver is an amazing sales person and less than 12 hours later, I came home with my beautiful red Legacy Ltd with more bells and whistles than I dreamed of. I do home care, so my car is not only a mode of transportation, but is my office and the place where I spend a great portion of my day. I am thrilled with my car and once again with the treatment from Jeff and the Ciocca staff! I cannot wait to pay these two cars off, so Jeff can sell us an Ascent for my husband. They lost my trade-in title! We recently visited Ciocca Subaru to look at their models. We did a test drive in a Forester. In making the appointment, they suggested we bring in th We recently visited Ciocca Subaru to look at their models. We did a test drive in a Forester. In making the appointment, they suggested we bring in the title of our potential trade-in car for their review. We gave the title over to the salesman, who took it to the business office. It was supposed to be used for them to make a trade-in offer. Instead, they sent it to their business office and stamped it on the back, thinking it was a actual trade-in. For 45 minutes after our test drive, the salesman went scurrying around looking for our title. He even looked in waste baskets. When they finally found it, they admitted to stamping the back by mistake. That caused additional inconvenience since they had to have us apply for a duplicate title. They paid the fee, but no we must wait 7-10 days to receive a clean title. Meanwhile we cannot sell the car privately due to their blunder. We have bought three cars from the former Becker Subaru. Since Ciocca took it over, they have lost the personal touch of the Becker management. It is like an ant farm in there, with sales persons and lots of management running around. Their internal communication must be poor for them to screw up the way they did with our title. We will not buy a car there or recommend it to others. Subaru is a fine car. But this dealership leaves much to be desired. More
