They went above and beyond to find me the perfect car I had been looking and thinking about getting a car for a few months and going back and forth between buying a used car or getting a lease. I presented my thoughts and budget to Sean Jenkins, and him and his team Garry Diaz and Gigi Veras was able to help me right away. They first presented me with used car options and we then discussed lease options. After a few weeks of thinking I reached back out to them to say that I was going to go with a lease. Since I live far away Sean, Garry, and Gigi was able to help me select a car and model plus get all the paperwork process started before I got to the showroom, which saved me so much stress!! This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever been part of! The whole team was so good at hearing my needs and finding a car that fit my life and my budget. I can't rave about them enough with simple words! They seriously ROCK!!! It felt like they went above and beyond just to help me out and that makes everything even better. Gerry Diaz was my sales specialist who was a pleasure to converse with throughout the entire sales experience. He was cordial, respectful, a good listener, admitted to not knowing some of my questions and was willing to find out the correct answer for those questions. After purchasing 10+ new cars in my lifetime, he was probably one of, if not, the most trusting car salesperson that I ever dealt with. KUDOS TO GERRY DIAZ!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! More
Fernando great dealer I wish. Fernando was a great man he explained everything thoroughly and did the best he could for me. Altho the dealership, wish I could say the same. Lights were not working I had to go back to the dealership. Back window wasn’t working properly. Rattle makes noise when the car is turned on about a week after I bought the car. I work 40+ hours in a hospital over night and I don’t have time nor money to spend going back and forth trying to get a proper car. Mind you I’m 18 and can’t get a loaner until they can fix it. I will not bother any other people due to a car that shouldn’t have problems a week later that I discover. also original price 12,+ they new I needed a car jacked price up to 18,+. I will have to switch cars later on I can’t keep on loving a brand that offers so much, yet so little. Also Samantha I believe so was a great person to me in the process. Both personnel did amazing. Not the service. More
No other dealer needed! It was bittersweet that I ended up back at Ciocca Subaru only a year after my first purchase. I was rear ended and my Forester was totaled. Throughout It was bittersweet that I ended up back at Ciocca Subaru only a year after my first purchase. I was rear ended and my Forester was totaled. Throughout the whole process with the insurance company, the employees at both the dealership and collision center were very helpful and concerned. Once I received notification that my Subaru was totaled, I went to the collision center to retrieve my personal belongings, and again was met with sympathy and kindness. From collision, I went straight to the dealership. After looking through the used inventory, I met again with Andy and asked him to find my car. Lucky for me, a brand new 2018 Forester had arrived that morning on a truck and she was the exact car that I lost, only a year newer. Andy was able to get me all the programs and warranties that I had with my first Subaru, keeping my monthly payment similar to the previous one without a downpayment. I cannot thank all of the people at Ciocca enough for their genuine kindness, compassion, and concern in getting me back into my beautiful Subaru! More
