Our salesperson Candi was pleasant, efficient and professional. Her knowledge of the buying process and vehicles was helpful in answering our questions and she was fun to talk with too. We are long time Ciocca customers, mostly in PA, and Candi continued to show that Ciocca has the best customer focus when it comes to buying a car. She lead the way into making the time we spent at the dealership worth the effort. We could not have asked for a better salesperson. Chris ( Pre-owned Manager) , and Frank (General Manger) were knowledgeable, helpful and second to none in their respective roles. They listened politely and intently to what we needed. Each has a tough job balancing the desires of the customer with the needs of the business but they came through for us. Greg Ciocca should be proud of their efforts. Meeting with the Finance/Business Manager was not as smooth. We felt that he had difficulty understanding our reluctance to purchase other types of insurance and was overly insistent that we do so. When he sensed that we were not going to buy any insurance he became mechanical and impersonal. Our overall opinion is that we would go back to Ciocca Flemington for another purchase knowing that not every step along the way would be perfect however Ciocca dealerships are far ahead of any of their competitors. I was happy they could fit me in on short notice. I do have a suggestion for what I think is a safety flaw in the design of the manual transmission. The way it is designed now I have gone into manual without knowing it and then had no pickup when excelerating. This could have been a serious safety issue for the driver and a potential law suit for Subaru. I thought you should know. More
