He did an excellent job in finding the exact model with the exact features were were looking for at another dealership and kept us appraised throughout the entire process. Earlier this month, I spoke with Alex about a potential lease but explained that I was having a difficult time finding inventory for the exac BMW. At the time, Circle BMW didn’t have said model, yet Alex still took the time to speak with me and provided a ton of really helpful information. A few days later, Alex reached out by phone and told me Circle BMW unexpectedly received the exact car I was asking about a few days ago. I was floored... not just because the model was suddenly available, but also because Alex was nice enough to immediately think of me. He provided the financial information I needed almost immediately and I was at Circle BMW the next day to pick up my dream car. The leasing process was straight forward with no gimmicks or surprises. Everything was transparent and staff spent nearly an hour with me helping me set up my new vehicle. I have to say, I’ve never been a fan of dealing with car salespeople. In fact, it’s probably one of my least favorite parts of buying a car. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. There was absolutely no pressure, no games, and none of the usual sales tactics that make buying a car stressful. Tathiana made the entire experience seamless, easy, and honestly, fun. She took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like I was dealing with someone I could trust rather than someone simply trying to make a sale. I truly can’t say enough great things about Tathiana. She is an exceptional salesperson and a tremendous representative of Circle BMW. My son was interested in test driving a specific BMW. We decided on Circle BMW and made the trip together with my husband. Upon arrival, and almost immediately, we felt welcomed. We also felt no sense of pressure that one might find regularly in car dealerships - especially at the start of a potential sale. We spoke with Charles Catania. He was not only friendly and personable, but he was very thorough with explaining some details of the car that my son was interested in seeing and test driving. When we discussed the money part, It wasn't an endless back and forth - it was quick and painless. Needless to say, we returned the next day because my son liked the details of the deal presented to him, and he signed on the dotted line. During this time, I started to explore some models on my phone. I asked the salesman, Charles Catania, if he could help me and find out if any of the models were on property at the dealership. While Charles helped me, my son and husband were with the finance manager, Anthony Paparella. Anthony was also so personable. It didn't feel like the typical haggling back and forth that we have experienced at this point in a car sale. We talked about our families and such. While my son and husband worked through the details of the finance part, I test drove the model that I liked. Charles was attentive to my questions as I drove around. Once again, I felt no sense of pressure to purchase the vehicle. We pulled back up to the dealership, and we went about making this a second deal. This experience was absolutely the way everyone should experience car dealerships. We felt cared about, we felt that our needs and concerns were addressed, we felt like we both got a good deal, and most importantly, we didn't feel pressured. On a funny note, the area for guests was amazing. My husband and I had a cappuccino, and the snacks were wonderful, too. Circle BMW - and specially Charles Catania and Anthony Paparella- made our purchases of 2 BMWs absolutely phenomenal. Both of the employees should be commended for their great work. Thank you. More
