Awesome Experience Working with Paul Richardson was certainly a real pleasure. As a woman I hate dealing with car salesmen.Usually they have a different attitude toward Working with Paul Richardson was certainly a real pleasure. As a woman I hate dealing with car salesmen.Usually they have a different attitude toward women then they have toward men, but not Paul. As soon as he greeted us we knew he was different. He is respectful,knowledgeable,and made us feel very comfortable. When we didn’t purchase the car we came to see Paul didn’t pressure us into thinking we were making the wrong choice. He is truly the kind of salesman you enjoy working with. We eventually bought a car from Paul 6 months later and once again it was a pleasure. I would recommend him to all. Easiest Deal I have ever done This was the easiest deal I have ever done on any car I have ever purchased. Cliff was extremely easy to work with, honest, knowledgable, transparent This was the easiest deal I have ever done on any car I have ever purchased. Cliff was extremely easy to work with, honest, knowledgable, transparent and did all the heavy lifting. I just needed to provide my driver's license and insurance card and presto, I was in the car of my dreams. He also was quick to put me into all the incentives for a 3 time returning customer and got me out of my 435xi convertible and into my new 2018 M4 convertible. Thanks to Cliff, delivery staff and finance (Antonio) for making this a fun and easy process... I would highly recommend asking for Cliff if you are in the market for a new BMW, he truly values his customers. More

Most pleasurable experience, A few months ago I went into BMW not really knowing what I wanted to do. I met Cliff who showed me around and gave me a few suggestions. I left still not sure but felt real comfortable with Cliff. Cliff kept in touch but not in a pushy way . He was caring honest and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed hearing from him. Fast forward 3 months and Inwalk into the dealership and Cliff not only remembers me but remembers things about me! .
