Cliff is a real professional. He made us aware of a lease pull ahead program and loyalty incentives that were available to us if we wanted to get a new vehicle now. This afternoon we drove away in our new 2018 X5. Working with Cliff was probably the best car buying experience I can remember. He is knowledgeable, honest, very transparent and has a sense of humor.
